Made for espresso lovers, the new Eureka roast is available in cafe locations across Southern California and online for purchase anywhere. The new Eureka blend offers flavor hints of chocolate, with notes of caramelized sugar and creamy vanilla for a solid, bold cup of espresso every time. Earlier this year, Klatch Coffee’s Barista’s Choice Espresso Club members got a sneak peek of Eureka as a member-only exclusive coffee that has not yet been offered to the public. Now, coffee lovers everywhere can sip on this new premium roast.

Eureka is now available to the general public as part of Klatch Coffee’s collection of award-winning, top-rated whole bean espresso, available in a 310-gram bag, 2 lb bag, or 5 lb bag. Perhaps this is why Starbucks fans love the detailed mobile ordering system that allows you to customize every component of your order. Similarly, Frazy Bottles enables coffee drinkers to customize every aspect of their coffee concentrate box when placing a personalized order. Building a box with Frazy Bottles made me feel like a kid in a candy store. From selecting my preferred sweetness level to fine-tuning how much caffeine is in each bottle, the whole experience is fun. Here's how I built my own personalized box of iced coffees with Frazy Bottles.
Personalizing your iced coffee

The Frazy Bottle ordering process is pretty simple. First, choose your box size: 6, 12, or 18 bottle packs. I chose the six pack to start with (just to see how I liked it). It's worth noting that the brand also has Boba tea options, but I only tried their coffee selections. After selecting your box size, you'll then move to a page to choose which flavors you'd like in your box. This is where things got especially interesting as I noticed cool and unique coffee flavors such as the Red Velvet Latte and Chocolate Chip Latte. I haven't had a chance to try all the flavors, but of the ones I did try, the Pumpkin Spice Latte was my favorite (you don't need to wait until fall for this).

Shorter wait times might be coming soon

New Starbucks CEO, Brian Niccol, shared just a few months ago that Starbucks planned to address one of its most significant customer pain points: long wait times. Alongside the implementation of other changes, such as shortened menus, Starbucks has begun a technology pilot at dozens of U.S. Starbucks locations to reduce wait times. If you've noticed your Starbucks is a slow process, perhaps these changes will come to your favorite Starbucks location soon.

According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, this pilot has successfully reduced the average wait time by two minutes. Due to the success of the test pilot, Starbucks plans to expand it to an additional 10,000 Starbucks locations across the U.S. Living in a highly populated region of the Northeastern U.S., I've had first-hand experience waiting too long for a Starbucks order. While it's never bad enough to keep me from returning, it's certainly noticeable, especially in specific busy locations. If you've ever had to forgo an order you've already paid for (through mobile order) because you were running late, you may have experienced this too.
